A Neolithic axe head is not complete without a polishing stone. Used to grind off the flaking scars, these stones would be used for hundreds of hours to slowly smooth the surface of a stone axe. The stone itself must be an abrasive rock so sandstone is perfect. The axehead supplied will be unpolished.
